Insurance and Billing

We are a participating provider for most traditional PPO insurance plans, please contact our office and we will verify the eligibility of  your plan . We also accept checks, cash , most major credit cards and special discount for senior citizen    ( 65 years old and older ) . We have other flexible payment plans if needed. We will also file your claim to your insurance company  via our electronic claim service to expedite  your reimbursements and benefits .
